Accommodation and Food

Dolphin Languages understands that as well as quality English Language course, accommodation is very important. That’s why we go to every length to find the best accommodation possible in Brighton.

Dolphin Languages’ accommodation is with host families and specially selected Guest Houses. We also offer a 5* hotel option for adults who want an extra special experience.

Each family is

• Expertly handpicked and monitored.
• We insist on the family providing balanced, nutritious, and healthy meals.
• The family will eat their meals with the students, to encourage conversation practice.

Each Guest House

• Is inspected by Dolphin Languages routinely
• Will have good reviews from online websites

FOOD

Host Families will provide breakfast every day to be eaten WITH the host family

• Lunch and dinner will be taken in a fantastic venue next to the classrooms in the Gold Suite at Brighton’s new AMEX Football stadium.
• During the week, students will eat together for lunch and evening meals, creating a great communal atmosphere, building friendships and English conversation skills.
• At weekends, students will have their evening meal with their host families.

Your stay with a Host Family

• Share with another student or opt for a single room.
• Extra speaking practice with different members of the host family.

TRAVEL

For junior students we can arrange for a member of the host family to deliver the student to the station. There they will be put on the train and met by a representative at Falmer who will then take them to the AMEX Stadium.

Travelling time from your host family to the University of Brighton is 9 minutes by train from Brighton train station, although some families are located within walking distance.

Public transport is safe and reliable and students will receive help from their host family and/or their supervisor on the best route to take.
